Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to lead a team handling geotechnical investigations, engineering design, and construction observation for infrastructure, energy, and mining projects. The ideal candidate will:

• Direct and execute geotechnical project assignments.
• Ensure quality control in proposals and reports.
• Drive business development efforts and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and engage with professional organizations.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills in soil and rock classification, slope stability analysis, earth retention systems, foundation design, and soil improvement techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Geological, or Mining).
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
