Now we are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to expand our presence in the North American market. Job Facts & Figures:

Business Development:

1. Support the business development team in identifying and generating leads through channels like social media, events, and networking.
2. Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
3. Interact with key decision-makers in the engineering, software development, and R&D departments of existing and potentially new clients.
4. Understand the software engineering services landscape and our competitive advantages.
5. Support client negotiations and address objections whenever technical questions arise.
6. Create the technical and project-related sections of tailored proposals to meet specific client needs.
7. Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
8. Meet or exceed technical sales objectives, contributing to company growth.
9. Track progress, provide updates, and maintain records in Office365 CRM.
10. Report to senior management.

Engineering:

1. Act as a Product Owner in an agile engineering team.
2. (Temporarily) lead an engineering team.

Qualifications:

1. College or equivalent degree in Software/Electronic/Electrical/Medical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in principal engineering or a similar function.
3. Knowledge of North American Medtech markets (Automotive or Aerospace are a plus).
