Minimum of 5 years relevant AutoCAD Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Engineering
Carlson Survey Preferred
Responsibilities include:
Drawing legal descriptions
Easement Exhibits
Topographic Mapping Drawings
Site Plans
Grading/ Drainage Design
Sanitary Sewer Plan/Profile Design
Storm Sewer Plan/Profile Design and Stormwater Management Design
Water Main Design
As-built Drawings
Survey Drafting of ALTA Surveys & Condominium Documents
