Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Life Insurance Case Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of life insurance products, advanced case design strategies, and a proven track record in developing comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Design and Analysis:
- Develop and design complex life insurance solutions for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
- Analyze client needs, financial situations, and objectives to create tailored insurance plans.
- Utilize advanced software and tools to model various life insurance scenarios and outcomes, including Premium Finance.
Client Consultation and Support:
- Work closely with financial advisors, agents, and clients to understand their unique requirements.
- Present and explain complex insurance concepts and solutions in an easily understandable manner.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations to clients and advisors regarding existing policies and potential enhancements.
Product Expertise and Development:
- Stay updated with the latest life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide insights and feedback on new product designs and enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and advisors on advanced case design strategies and product features.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all case designs and recommendations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all case designs, client interactions, and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of case design templates, tools, and resources.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior case designers and support staff.
- Lead special projects and initiatives to improve case design processes and client service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional designations (e.g., CFP, CLU, ChFC) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in life insurance case design, underwriting, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, including term, whole, universal, and variable life insurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in advanced case design software and tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
