Position: Consultant Engineer


Overview:

Process Alliance is a leading consulting firm specializing in pharmaceutical manufacturing and process optimization. We are seeking an experienced Consultant Engineer to join our team and contribute to the advancement of our clients' manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field, coupled with a strong understanding of engineering principles and industry regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.

- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on process design, scale-up, and troubleshooting to clients.

- Compliance: Ensure all processes and recommendations comply with regulatory standards, including FDA, EMA, and other relevant bodies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and production, to implement process improvements.

- Training & Development: Mentor and train junior engineers and staff on best practices and new technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry.

- Proven track record in process engineering, project management, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

- Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
