CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer to join our Power & Manufacturing - Asset Management Team located at our office in Lansdale, PA .

The Sr. Reliability Engineer has considerable engineering knowledge in their respective field and may provide leadership for their work group based on their extensive experience. The individual in this role will support the development of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for all types of manufacturing, utility and facility type equipment. Also, the individual in this role will be skilled with a variety of reliability techniques such as RCA's, FMEA's, Fault Tree Analysis, Asset Criticality Assessments, looking at maintenance history to analyze failure rates and collect failure data.

REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum 15 years' progressive engineering experience required
  • Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline(s) with a proven ability to practically apply best practices
  • Proficiency with MS Office software required
  • Understands QA/QC procedures and basic business practices as well as laws related to engineering
  • Completely familiar with and advocates for the company's standards for quality control and compliance
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of fundamentals in specialty areas
  • An active role in a professional engineering society/organization preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a team
