Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IT engineering role, with a focus on systems administration.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of systems administration, including operating systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IT systems.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
