Job Description
Conceptual knowledge in integration technologies, especially in the digital space.
Drive expansion of technology & consulting services and technology advisory to clients in the area of technology adoption for business efficiency and expansion.
Closely work with businesses to define technology strategy, IT operating models, Clienthitecture, master plans, and roadmaps for clients.
Assess requirements and provide recommendations to teams & clients for digital adaptation and product fitment.
Assess both the business and technical requirements, challenges, existing landscape, pain areas, and map to the integration tools capability; provide best practices and recommendations for the digital journey.
Assess the existing integration landscape, business use cases, KPIs, and SLAs; recommend governance as per the business requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technology staff and non-technical partners/leadership.
