Design, develop, enhance, code, test, deliver and debug software independently. Ensure team is delivering to highest standards and meeting expectations. Provide development guidance to less experienced colleagues. Lead architecture/design sessions at the product level. Comply with all published reference models and guidelines. Keep senior management informed of technical trends and/or emerging technology to assist in long-range planning. Act as a consultant on best practices and provide technical mentorship to less experienced developers. Lead code and design review to maintain standards. Proactively improves standards and procedures. In connection with above duties, utilize experience in:
- Follow team software development methodology including change control, code review and change management
- Understand all aspects of software development life cycle and quality control practices
- Serve as a technical resource and point of contact for applications
- Compare, evaluate, and implement new features and technologies, and integrate them into the computing environment
- Define key solutions and ensure they are managed
- Define principles to guide solution decisions for the enterprise
- Technical knowledge with how portfolios of systems work together to create enterprise solutions
- Support of enterprise tools needed for development and QA processes
- Lead and shape outlook and attitudes to facilitate change from a tactical to a strategic oriented enterprise
- Design methodologies and business functions
- Translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms
Telecommuting (work from home) permitted. Work Location: Irving, TX; Fort Worth, TX; and Chicago, IL. Various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. 5-10% travel required.

Salary: $144,560.00 - $194,200.00
