Job Summary
Kenworth Division of PACCAR is hiring a Sales Application Developer to join our PremierSpec Sales Application team in Kirkland, Washington. The Sales Application Developer will add and maintain content into the PremierSpec sales tool based on direction from the Division’s sales & marketing campaigns and will be a key resource for fielding questions and requests from dealers and internal support.
Job Responsibilities
- Integrate new content into the sales software by interpreting and writing logic rules to support complex component configurations.
- Develop solutions to guide users through the truck configuration process.
- Act as a liaison between Engineering, Marketing, and IT software developers.
- Certify the outcome of the software developer enhancement efforts.
Provide ongoing support by:
- Supporting Kenworth dealership users of the sales tool.
- Initiating process improvement opportunities to enhance the sales tool.
- Seeking technological solutions to organize, automate, and synchronize business needs.
- Training internal and external clients on the use of the sales tool.
- Creating technical documents to define enhancements to the sales tool.
Required Experience & Skills
- B.A./B.S required.
- 1-3 years of experience working with a technical, system, and/or business team.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with programming, logic sets, and relational database structure.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying schedules and shifting priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and truck knowledge is a plus.

Additional Job Board Information
The salary range for the Sales Application Developer is $75,100-$112,300 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift and the full range of benefit options listed above.
