Description: Seeking an Engineer with experience to lead programs focused on classified hardware development and operations for the US Government. The incoming SETA will assist with multiple performer teams and ensure program timelines are met and results are achieved. Responsibilities Lead programmatic and technical discussions to solve problems and ensure development meets customer requirements. Demonstrate technical knowledge in designing and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems and an ability to guide the engineering development of modern hardware system Provide expertise and assistance to the Government Program Manager in the execution of multiple advanced hardware technology development programs Integrate and coordinate program activities with the Program Manager and other government and SETA team members Oversee scheduling of program activity, milestones, and contractor progress Review development contractor technical proposals for thoroughness and adequacyRequired Qualifications: Must have an active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance and be eligible for Special Access Programs (SAPs) Willingness to undergo a full-scope polygraph examination Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience BS Degree required with a preference for technical acumen or programmatic leadership Full time on the customer siteHighly Desired Qualifications: Existing Industrial Security Staff-like Access (ISSA) MS Degree with a preference for technical acumen Engineer with prior experience in satellite design and/or operations Experience developing cyber operations Expertise in embedded software development Expertise in computer vision hardware, software, and/or algorithm development and testing Expertise in satellite GNC development and testing Expertise in satellite hardware radiation hardness testing Demonstrated technical knowledge in designing and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems and an ability to guide the engineering development of modern hardware systems Understanding of contracting, proposal reviews, statements of work, and associated contracting processes-
