We are seeking a dynamic Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. If you're a hard-working professional, who enjoys both strategic and tactical workflow with a passion for quality and supply chain then this opportunity is ideal for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate manufacturing processes with the goal of continuously improving process performance, machine utilization, and reduction in setup time.
  • Understands and communicates regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  • Develops, documents, deploys, maintains various components of the QMS
  • Facilitates customer drawing reviews to ensure production readiness and inspect-ability
  • Facilitates process development/improvement and related documentation
  • Develops and executes process and equipment validation protocols and reports
  • Support management of the Non-conforming Material process, including facilitation of root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
  • Facilitates/leads risk management activities
  • Performs internal audits in accordance with internal audit schedule
  • Participates in customer and regulatory audits as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years in Quality Control
  • Experience with Quality analysis tools: FMEA, PPAP, APQP
  • Exposure to inspection equipment and techniques.
  • Superior communication & interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.
  • Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels

Achieve the requirements & responsibilities by:

Education :

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or comparable discipline
  • Certifications including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma would be preferred, not required.
