Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented User Interface/ User Experience (UI/UX) Specialist to join our team in the Miami, FL area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and design innovative user experiences.
- Implement strategic vision for user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
- Maintain design guidelines, templates, and style guides.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- High School and 4 years of additional experience may be used in lieu of required degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking.
- Strong visual design skills with a focus on clean, modern design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Relevant industry certifications desirable.
Clearance Requirements:
- This role requires an active TS/SCI.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
