FabFitFun is looking for a Senior HighJump Engineer to join our team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Global IT and will be based from our fulfillment center in Chino, CA.
Location: Ability and desire to travel between fulfillment center (Chino) and HQ (West Hollywood).
What You'll Do:
- Develop, document and maintain HighJump/Körber's Page Editor implementation, Advantage Architect workflows, and SQL Server stored procedures per specifications provided.
- Design advice / architecture for HighJump/Körber's Page Editor implementation, Advantage Architect workflows, and SQL Server stored procedures per specifications provided.
- Initial unit testing of changes.
- SQL performance monitoring, index tuning and query changes.
- Mentor team on development best practices for HighJump/Körber technology stack.
- Perform system upgrades, architect / platform.
- Provide Tier 3 support for 600+ users at our Chino fulfillment center.
- Document progress through ticketing system / kanban board.
- Partner with team to identify areas of improvement in our current processes.
- Follow best practices through the entire development cycle and technical support process.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of development experience in HighJump/Körber's Warehouse Advantage Platform or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or IS/IT.
- Advanced configuration or programming experience in Java, Python, C# and heavy interaction in databases (TSQL queries and stored procedures).
- Experience with high transaction volume.
- Strong experience navigating and simplifying complex IT processes.
- Experience with writing, reading, and troubleshooting advanced SQL queries.
- Experience with translating business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project, and Excel.
- Experience with .NET and HTML5.
- Expertise with interface technologies including TCP/IP Sockets, XML, Table to Table, etc.
- Knowledge of barcode scanning and RF hardware (Intermec, Zebra, Motorola, Symbol).
- Labeling experience (Bartender).
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Cartonization softwares / algorithms.
- Parcel manifesting.
- Advanced knowledge of picking automation.
- Preferred experience with:
- Supply chain management domain.
- Project management.
- Reporting experience (SSRS or Crystal Reports).
The expected target salary for this position is $130K-$155K. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications.
