Responsibilities:
- Creating process flows and working instructions for EV charger and BBU FATP.
- Planning for production line layout and operation moving flows.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing team members to improve the line balance and line output.
- Maintain and resolve manufacturing system issues on streaming running production line.
- Collaborate with Product engineers, RD engineers and manufacturing team members on production efficiency and cost saving projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in the field of industrial engineering.
- 3 + years working experience in electronics manufacturing, experiences in EV charger and BBU/PSU products are a plus.
- Experiences in creating manufacturing process flow, production line layout and writing working instructions.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing and line balancing.
- Hands on experiences in setting manufacturing routing in shopfloor is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
