The IT Full-Stack Developer will join a small team that uses new technology to solve front- and backend architecture challenges. You must be a resident and eligible to work in the US. Under minimal supervision, the IT Full-stack Engineer will design and develop applications, working with users to understand and compile requirements. The IT Full-stack Engineer will have primary responsibility for maintaining applications for various business departments.


Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
  2. Build and maintain a React-based client for web and mobile applications.
  3. Perform with a high degree of autonomy and exercise good judgment as a member of the Information Systems team.
  4. Identify areas where automation can be implemented and improved and work on cross-functional teams.
  5. Analyze, design, build, maintain, and iterate complex information systems and process relationships between them while working closely with a variety of cross-functional teams.
  6. Work closely with the Technical Project Manager to analyze, propose, architect, deploy, maintain, and iterate data and process automation solutions in and around our project ecosystem.
  7. Create and maintain RPA workflows, preferably using Microsoft Power Automate.
  8. Take designs from concept to implementation in enterprise business applications, working with teammates from various disciplines.
  9. Help to diagnose, fix, and learn from service issues in production.
  10. Document and implement API calls to and from various enterprise applications.
  11. Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensure cross-functional cohesion and collaboration, and foster high levels of confidence in our systems and services both internally and externally.
  12. Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) and domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
  13. Understand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that apply to the Company.
  14. Ensure other department members follow the QMS regulations, standards, and procedures.
  15. Perform other work-related duties as assigned that support the objective of the position.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  2. 2+ years of experience developing applications.
  3. Experience taking designs from concept to implementation of enterprise application solutions.
  4. Experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js.
  5. Experience working with relational databases, preferably Postgres.
  6. Experience with Cloud (preferably Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate.
  7. Proven success in the development and deployment of backend/frontend platforms in a SaaS environment.
  8. Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously or collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with an agile development approach.
  9. Highly developed teamwork skills with experience working in cross-collaborative teams.
  10. Demonstrated success in owning projects end-to-end, including working with non-technical stakeholders.
  11. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  12. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  13. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  14. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
  15. MUST BE A RESIDENT OF USA.
