Data Entry Specialist

Aston Carter is hiring for a 3 month contract position with our engineering client, to support with a data migration project. This is a fully remote position! Only considering candidates who meet the "must have skills".Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry and familiarity with SAP or SharePoint. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in data management and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.Responsibilities:-Accurately input and update data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.-Manage and maintain data in SAP or SharePoint, ensuring information is up-to-date and correctly categorized.-Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.-Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.-Generate reports and summaries based on data entries as required.-Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:-Proven experience in data entry or related roles.-Familiarity with SAP or SharePoint is highly desirable.-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.-Proficiency in using data management software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).-Excellent organizational and time management skills.-Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace for remote work.-Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Skills:Must have the following:-Data Entry experience-Experience with SAP, Sharepoint, Microsoft PWA, Powered Web AppOther required skills:-Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.-Previous experience in a remote work environmentAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
