Here we specialize in RF connectivity products covering a range of solutions, end markets and applications.Job DescriptionYou will support RF front-end Module (FEM) design of multi-GHz complex Tx/Rx architectures that consist of amplifiers, filters, switchesDesign multi layer modules by integrating ICs and components using RF EM/modeling 3D/2.5D tools such as HFSS, EMX or similarRequires knowledge of RF performance tradeoff with each building block of the module designPresentation of detailed design reviewsUtlization of MCM/PCB layout tools such as Allegro PCB designer, to optimize FEM floorplan between IC and CAD designersAssist with RF test evaluation, summarization of data, supervision of lab evaluation and hands-on tuning of prototype hardware for validationKnowledge of RF test parameters and test equipment; oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, RF sources, hands-on experience in RF testing.Job RequirementsBS with 8 years or MS with 5+ years of RF design experience, with strong background in RF and Microwave designStrong knowledge of RF transmission line designs and integration tradeoffs on co-design of PA, LNA, and SwitchesStrong experience and fluency with 3-D and 2.5-D EM design/simulation tools. For example, ANSYS HFSS, Keysight FEM, Keysight Momentum, Cadence EMX etc.Expertise with Allegro PCB designer, Keysight ADS, and/or Cadence and associated design/simulation engines and data displaysExperience with RFIC floorplan planning & MCM layout toolsExperience measuring, tuning, optimizing RF and/or analog/mixed-signal ICsFamiliarity with thermal design techniques and considerationsExcellent communication and troubleshooting skills#LI-BW1The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $112,500 - $215,900 per year per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
