DevOps Engineer

Skills Preferred

1. Proficient in using and configuring Azure DevOps Services for CI/CD pipelines incorporating automated tools using YAML and the portal.
2. Exposure to working on Azure pipeline setup activities, such as setting up build agents and deployment monitoring of Azure DevOps agents.
3. Expertise in version control systems, the release management process, creating pipeline policies for pull requests, stage gates, and approvals.
4. Key Vault usage in Azure DevOps.
5. Databricks workflow, Delta Live Tables, asset bundle configuration using YAML.
6. Proficient in YAML, JSON, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills to fix access-related issues.
8. Familiarity with Azure Storage Account.
9. Familiarity with tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager for IaC.
10. Knowledge of containerization platforms like Docker.
11. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
12. Awareness of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Experience Preferred

1. 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Azure DevOps Services.
2. 3 years setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for diverse projects.
3. 3 years experience in orchestrating successful release pipelines.
4. 3 years experience implementing IaC for managing infrastructure.
5. 3 years scripting experience for automation tasks in a DevOps context.
6. 3 years deploying applications using containerization technologies.
7. 3 years troubleshooting and debugging skills for CI/CD issues.
8. 5 years participating in collaborative projects with cross-functional teams.
9. 3 years integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines.

Education Preferred

1. BS or better in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering.
2. Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
