Joyfolie is a fast-growing brand known for its whimsical bohemian products for girls and women. With a commitment to quality, style, and customer satisfaction, we have solidified our position in the market. We are currently seeking a motivated Product Developer to join our dynamic team.
As a Product Developer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to bulk production.
What you’ll do:
- Update product tech packs, including making edits and changes to sketches, fabric choices, trims, etc.
- The creation and maintenance of collection boards, recoloring styles, and updating tech packs for existing styles.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team on line plan creation and collection boards.
- Edit factory art files and pulling Pantone colors for all graphics and prints.
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with overseas vendors.
- Update seasonal collection binders with approved strike-offs and lab dips.
- Organize samples and maintaining the fabric library.
- Participate in fittings, taking detailed notes, and providing guidance to the team.
- Send, follow up, and chase strike-off and lab dip approvals.
- Adhere to cost targets and managing necessary adjustments to stay within cost and margin goals.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous self-education.
- Professional and solution-oriented attitude.
- Passionate about bohemian women's and girls' clothing/accessories.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
