Civil Structural Designer

10+ years' experience with civil and/or structural designing f or oil, gas , and/or chemical projects.

Foundations, rebar, pipe supports, etc.

Will use AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Preferred) for 3D drawings.

• Working knowledge of civil engineering design (paving, grading, drainage)
• Seven years of experience in design and drafting of steel and concrete structures.
• Complete competency in the use of AutoCAD is a must. (Knowledge of Civil 3D desired)
• Document control skills/experience.
• 5 -7 (mid-level) years civil / structural design experience for projects related to industrial or petrochemical facilities.
• Microsoft Office & Internet skills
• 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Under the direction of the lead designer and engineer, prepare concrete and steel drawings including plans, elevations and details using AutoCAD specifically listed below:
• Review fabricator drawings.
