General Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC)

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mechanical, electrical, and HVAC construction and service company. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management of the business, including estimates, proposals, sales, and budgets.
• Ensure all products, services, and presentation meet our customers' needs.
• Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing training and coaching to improve performance and job satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
• Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring labor hours are aligned with sales trends and customer demand.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service.
• Interview and hire new staff members, ensuring that the team is well-rounded and equipped to meet customer needs.
• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that all are in good working order.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Skills:

• Experience in the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in interviewing and hiring new staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
