We need a Principal Designer for the design work for a new product development. Our products offer a unique opportunity to use your skills (or learn new ones) on the largest cross-domain product existing, with physical, digital, analog, and RF.


Job Summary:


  • Translates product specification and system requirements into Design Requirements/Specifications.
  • Drive and develop activities associated with the development of wireless communication.
  • Responsible for evaluating concepts, defining requirements, design planning, designing circuits, verification, documentation, and validation.
  • Support the Bench validation, debug activities and customer support on the products.
  • Create technical documents needed for the life cycle of the IP/Products like verification plans, validation plans, etc


Required Skills :


  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 10+ years of Extensive Experience in the Design and Development of Mixed Signal.
  • Design, simulate, and validate RF circuits and systems, including Power Amplifiers (PAs), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), mixers, and oscillators.
  • Develop RF/microwave components for applications such as wireless communication, radar, and telecommunications.
  • Strong background in EM simulation tools, chip-package co-design tools, and RF/Analog-mixed signal design flows.
  • Deep understanding of RF power devices, particularly in the development, characterization, and modeling of telecommunications applications.
  • Expertise in RF CAD, RF device modeling, and on-wafer measurement facilities for device characterization.
  • Direct experience interfacing with industry leaders like Cadence and Keysight for problem-solving and improvement in design technologies.
  • Integrate RF circuits into larger systems, ensuring compatibility and performance across different modules and components.
  • Work closely with other engineers (e.g., digital, analog, and packaging) to optimize overall system performance.
  • Use simulation tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Keysight ADS, or AWR Microwave Office to model and optimize RF circuits.
  • Perform electromagnetic (EM) simulations to analyze parasitic effects and ensure signal integrity.
  • Build and test prototypes, using RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Analyze test data to validate design performance and troubleshoot any issues.
