As the Senior Web Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in steering all phases of the software development lifecycle. From meticulous planning and requirements gathering to architecture, design, and hands-on development, every stage is handled with precision. You will rigorously test, deploy, document, and maintain web applications, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability. By collaborating closely with internal teams and liaising with external vendors, you will craft innovative digital solutions that address complex business challenges head-on. Moreover, you will be a subject matter expert, providing best practice perspective on integration and development projects while helping to implement strategic initiatives, and proposing innovative solutions.

What we look for.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, MIS, Computer Systems, Math, or related field is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with and developing customer-facing, business software solutions is required.
  • Demonstrated thorough functional knowledge and coding experience within the Microsoft technology stack (.NET 5+) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with database systems is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Windows Server/IIS or similar is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing web server infrastructure, and ensuring website, application, & services up-time is required.
  • Experience working directly with business teams to develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and plan work is preferred.
  • Experience conducting end-to-end testing is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring and/or leading other web developers in a professional team setting is preferred.
  • Experience researching and implementing new web technologies aligned with organizational strategic objectives in a complex business environment is preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements.

Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as primarily remote (ability to work remotely, but required to work in the office as needed or requested).
