This position requires full-time presence at our San Francisco office for 5 days every week.
About The Role
Join us in the vibrant city of San Francisco as a Frontend Engineer at Mochi Health! You'll lead the charge in developing and maintaining our suite of internal tools and customer-facing products, working closely with a dynamic team to deliver new features, enhance performance, and ensure reliability—all while having a great time!

What You'll Do
- Contribute in making architectural decisions and the technical build-out as we scale, turning challenges into exciting opportunities.
- Build out our existing codebase and new projects.
- Flex your full stack skills and have the ability to own features end to end.
- Perform in a small, multi-functional team alongside other engineers, designers, and product managers, blending skills and ideas into a seamless performance.
- Lead by example and share knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a passion for startups and innovation.
- Significant experience working with Javascript/Typescript and React.
- Strong CSS fundamentals and a passion for pixel perfect implementation.
- You possess a strong sense of ownership and a knack for efficiency, always striving to write clean, high-quality code.
- You collaborate with fellow engineers and coworkers with empathy and respect, creating a harmonious work environment.
- Your problem-solving skills are sharp, your attention to detail is unmatched, and your mindset is always user-centric.
- Excited about working in-person with our team in San Francisco.
