This rare employment opportunity is to join the Estimating/Pre-Construction Group as an Jr. Estimator/Take-Off Staff at our Anaheim headquarters. Successful candidates will be trained and exposed to all aspects of the major construction HVAC & plumbing industry with possible career paths to; senior-level estimating roles, construction management (project manager/project engineer), mechanical design, CADD/BIM coordinators.As an entry-level Jr. Estimator/Take-Off Staff, you will be instructed in the application and practical use of Quick-Pen AutoBid® (by Trimble®) specialty estimating software and utilizing “On-Screen” take-off features.Candidates must possess a “team” orientated attitude, strong communication skills, a higher-level of organizational and attention-to-detail consciences. No previous estimating or industry experience is required, but parallel course work in a relative educational major is preferred.
