UX Designer 5

Summary:

We are hiring a UX and visual designer to develop, create, and modify user interfaces and design assets for our organization. Candidate should have a strong portfolio and experience in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality design assets (UX & visual) on time
2. Utilize Figma to create designs and prototypes
3. Create scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of enterprise products, and services.
4. Work collaboratively on a larger design team made up of interaction designers, visual designers, motion designers and front-end developers focused on end-to-end experiences.
5. Follow coherent patterns and guidelines or help create them as applicable.
6. Execute all design activities with high-quality and thoroughness.

Skills:

1. Experience in software design and development
2. Experience in professional UX/UI development
3. Experience with visual design for digital purposes (PPT design, brand design, logo design, icon creation)
4. Strong communication and problem solving skills
5. Good fundamental design skills (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) and creation of a variety of visual mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, and motion and visual guidelines
6. Ability to quickly produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, wireframes, concept maps, prototypes, interaction guidelines and other related artifacts for a strong interaction point-of-view
7. Ability to create videos and video assets is preferred
8. Ability to design in 2D and 3D is preferred.

Education/Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
2. 5+ years experience required
3. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX (depth and breadth) & visual design work.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
