Life as a Chief Engineer:
As the Chief Engineer with Superhost Hospitality at Hampton by Hilton Chicago-Schaumburg , you will be the driving force behind the maintenance and functionality of our facilities. Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing the maintenance and engineering teams.
- Conducting routine inspections and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
- Collaborating with other departments to support the overall operation of the hotel.
- Managing budgets, procurement, and contracts related to maintenance and engineering.
- Upholding a high standard of safety and environmental compliance.
