Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our new manufacturing plant in Milan, TN, dedicated to producing rubber tracks. This is a unique opportunity for an entry-level engineer to make a significant impact in a growing industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the manufacturing process of rubber tracks, including:

• Process Oversight : Lead the setup, optimization, and continuous improvement of the rubber track manufacturing process.
• Quality Control : Develop and execute QC protocols to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Rubber Mixing : Supervise the rubber mixing process to meet specific performance and quality standards.
• Lab Work : Perform and oversee lab testing of rubber compounds and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
• Knowledge or experience in rubber manufacturing, QC, or materials science is a plus but not required.
