Database Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will produce data and lists that are relevant to direct marketing and promotional programming and for creating all necessary offers and promotions in the player and guest management systems.Pay Rate: $25.69/hourSchedule: Thursday-Monday, 1:30pm-10:00pmPrimary Tasks:You will program all promotions and Direct Marketing Campaigns in OASIS, Loyalty and Kiosk software (or other systems).Build groups related to promotions and offers in the appropriate marketing system.Extract mailing lists and coordinate mailing activities with direct marketing 3rd party vendors.Review customer communications for variable data accuracy.You will extract qualified patron lists for promotions.Consult with casino site marketing teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility and execution of promotions and offers.Trouble-shoot issues with drawing clients and group setup.Administer customer bans in the player tracking system.Aid in the verification of system setup for Promotion and Direct Marketing offerings and validates the build is configured to match the intended program structure.Help publish content using Marketing systems such as OneLink, Loyalty, JoinGo, Kiosk (or other systems).Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.MINIMUMAssociate degree in business, marketing and three (3) years of experience in gaming, OR five (5) years of directly related experience in lieu of education.Proficient in programs such as (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Knowledge of Aristocrat Oasis, Loyalty, Loyalty Kiosk, One Link, and other Oasis 360 products.Perform data entry assignments, complete forms, documents, and written reports, analyze data and make sound recommendationsInterpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formMaintain organization, meet deadlines, and have integrity when handling confidential informationAbout the Choctaw NationThe Choctaw Nation is the third-largest Indian nation in the United States, with over 200,000 tribal members and more than 11,000 employees.
