Job Description
POSITION TITLE: SAP Data Entry Clerk
SUMMARY:
The Data Entry Clerk will be a member of the Manufacturing Quality Assurance team. The Data Entry Clerks primary responsibility will be creating/migrating existing inspection plans to an SAP platform.
REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT:
Reports to the Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilize SAP software to accurately create and maintain inspection plans based on established guidelines and specifications.
  • Enter data into SAP system with precision and ensure all information is correct and up-to-date. Verify accuracy of entered data to maintain integrity of inspection plans.
  • Maintain organized records of inspection plans and related documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with other team members, including Quality Assurance and Production teams, to ensure alignment of inspection plans with operational requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Preferred or Desired :
  • Familiarity with SAP software, particularly in creating inspection plans.
  • Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures
Required :
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
