CLA is currently seeking a Lead Developer - Process Orchestration to join our growing internal IT team. As a lead, you will be responsible for leading software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

The Lead Application Developer - Process Orchestration : The Lead Application Developer designs software solutions, considering the needs of the business, the capabilities of the technology being used, and the requirements of end-users.

How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Developer role:

Design and Development: Develop solutions requiring process orchestration methods to correlate process workflows across a variety of endpoints and systems. Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify process workflows of high complexity and risk. Lead technical staff and clients to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems by leveraging orchestration platforms such as Camunda/Pega/Kissflow/Bizagi and custom APIs.

Testing & Documentation: Perform unit testing and assist the BA in defining test plans. Perform design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of process orchestration solutions as well as aid in application maintenance, debugging, and upgrades. Create architectural and code-level documentation.

Maintenance: Ensure that expected analytic levels are achieved. Identify and manage interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations.

Projects: Lead in providing cost and time estimates for project tasks and defining project tasks. Complete project work within agreed-upon deadlines.

Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and training for senior and junior members of the team. Expected to take a role in the development of team members' skills and core competencies.

How You'll create Opportunities in this position:

  1. Strong understanding of Process Orchestration best practices and working with complex business processes
  2. Deep expertise and hands-on experience with web applications, frameworks, and programming languages such as React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SASS, APIs, and Angular 2+
  3. Experience building MicroServices
  4. Experience working on containers (Docker)
  5. Deep knowledge of one or more Process Orchestration platforms such as Camunda/Pega/Kissflow/Bizagi
  6. Experience working with Azure environment, DevOps, SharePoint Online, Office 365
  7. Experience using a database such as Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB

What you will need:

Experience: Ten years of application development and support working as a lead on multiple projects or applications.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or experience acceptable in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Organizational Interfaces: The Lead Application Developer reports directly to the Web Services Manager. You will interact regularly with other IT team members, business users, Managers, and Principals. You will also work with external vendors.

Travel Requirements: This position requires <10% travel.
