About the Role:
As a Principal Systems Test Engineer , you will:
- Lead and execute comprehensive system testing for video and MTI data distribution software on a Kubernetes and Docker-based platform.
- Design and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Identify, analyze, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects promptly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, product management, QA) to ensure seamless software delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video processing, data distribution, and cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior test engineers.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 8+ years of software testing experience, with a strong focus on system testing.
- US citizenship required, and eligibility for DoD Secret Clearance.
- Skills: Expertise in video processing, data distribution, and networking concepts, plus proficiency in JavaScript , Node.js , and cloud platforms (especially AWS).
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
- Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.
- Collaborator: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and within teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and/or the combined equivalent of education and experience.

Cubic Pay Range:
$115,000 - $148,842 + benefits.
*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
