As a trusted partner with direct and indirect sales teams, this role will be 50% customer facing. Due to client-base, candidates must currently reside in the continental United States, and relocation from outside the United States is not an option.Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to identify business needs, develop value propositions and contribute to the generation of compelling proposals.Ability to lead discovery with customers to qualify opportunities.Develop and articulate Trends-Implications-Possibilities-Solutions, build compelling presentations to align with customer needs, and deliver an Executive level thru mid-manager level presentation with ability to run thru demo videos.Documented experience of owning and managing discovery phase with clientsLeverage Challenger methodology to understand/identify problem areas and challenge customer on status quo.Clearly articulate “why Siemens?” in non-technical terms (then if required, at a more technical level)Manage and execute tactics using Account based research, social media, Executive outreach etc.Collaborate with Industry Portfolio Director and each Country Manager/Sales Leader to drive key business metrics.Complete understanding of campaign/initiative value proposition and presentation materialsDrive campaign execution with Industry, Marketing and SalesDeliver sales enablement training of collateral as required.Coordinate with PreSales to deliver effective, value focused demonstrations.Manage execution plan and report weekly progress.Support closing process if required.· Ability to build a strategy and roadmap interacting with Senior Manufacturing Executives including C-Suite. Execute selling experience across the Smart Manufacturing Digital Thread· Proven Manufacturing software sales experience at Siemens or a competitor· Proven strategy development at an account and industry level – understand the product development and manufacturing challenges in the Aerospace and Defense industry.Minimum RequirementsNOTE: Applicants must not require employer sponsored work Visa authorization, now or in the future for employment in the USA. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the USA.Must have 5 to 10 years of sales or business development experience and strong, proven grasp of industry and technology/solutions.Practical experience with Manufacturing Planning, MES, Quality, Scheduling, Plant and Process Simulation and Manufacturing Intelligence software in the Aerospace and Defense industries and environments. Transform the EverydayThe total cash compensation range for this position is $135,700 to $271,400 with 30% (+/- 10%) of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
