Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from accredited university.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent
Experience with tooling and/or mold designs preferred
Experience with SolidWorks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously across various departments.
Support and provide technical leadership on assigned projects and tasks.
Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments.
Foster trusting business relationships and promote teamwork within own department and
between other departments
Lead the Continuous Improvement activities in several departments, utilizing Lean
Manufacturing tools, concepts, and processes
Effectively communicate and execute customer expectations and company objectives to
others.
