Our code powers billions of devices worldwide and is a constant target of ever more sophisticated cyber criminals. We own some of the most important foundational technologies in Azure, Windows, and Xbox that leverage hardware to help protect our customers' data and devices. Our goal is to ensure our devices are amongst the most secure in the industry, with strong, hardware-backed guarantees and enforcements that are malware resistant.

Our team owns many foundational technologies and platforms such as TPM (Trusted Platform Module), Pluton security processor, as well as the Xbox hardware security architecture that our customers rely on for securing their devices. We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be joining a team of highly technical engineers and world-class experts in hardware/firmware/software security. You will lead and be responsible for building technologies and platforms that leverage the latest advancements in security and incorporate mitigations based on advanced attacks. As a technical and project leader, you will influence our product technology roadmap aligning to our business goals. You will be part of a team that values team players and those who love to learn while having abundant opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
