Process Engineer

Acara Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our client's team.

This is a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Tolleson, AZ.

80-100k salary

AI Model Maintenance:

• Continuously monitor and improve AI models to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance
• Conduct regular updates and maintenance to ensure the models remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology.

MES System Maintenance:

• Maintain and organize the overall process flow of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to ensure efficient operation
• Work closely with support IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues.

Data Management:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from the production line to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the MES system and AI models.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, IT, and quality control to implement AI inspection system and maintain the MES system
• Provide training and support to team members on the use and maintenance of AI models and the MES system
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on AI model performance and MES system status
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Equipment, and Facilities departments, capturing and documenting detailed requirements
