We are seeking experienced P.E's with a background in FDOT projects focusing on stormwater management, drainage systems, flood studies, bridge hydraulics, and scour countermeasures for a remote position. The role includes reviewing FDOT access and drainage connection permits as well as participating in design projects for highways, flood mitigation, and PD&E projects for FDOT and municipal clients. This remote position offers flexibility in working hours and part-time options are available for those interested in focusing solely on permit reviews. The opportunity for career progression is strong, with potential to advance into highway/drainage design or take on contract/project management roles for upcoming FDOT permit review contracts. Candidates should hold a P.E and possess approximately 5 years of relevant FDOT experience. This FDOT permit review contract will have a minimum duration of 5 years.
