This is a hybrid role (three days in the office/two days remote).

About Your Team:
The global Database Administration team supports all database operations within Interactive Brokers and its subsidiaries.
What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle DBA to join our growing team. You will support database operations in our Production, Development, and QA database environments. You will interact closely with other members of the Database Administration, Software Developers, and Operations teams.
Which skills are required:
- BS in Computer Science or Mathematics or any related quantitative field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle, preferably 19c or higher on Redhat Linux.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve database performance or availability issues as they arise.
- Experience with Oracle query tuning methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle RMAN, Flashback, DataGuard, Oracle RAC and ASM.
- Exposure to working with large databases and large datasets.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Work on projects as assigned and drive them to completion.
- Maintain availability after hours and occasionally work nights/weekends.
- Composure in high-stress situations with an ability to communicate with clarity.
