About Pair AI

Pair is the world's premier mobile education platform. We're changing the way people learn by making it as engaging and fun as watching a TikTok video. As successful 7-figure course entrepreneurs ourselves, we've used our experience and proprietary AI technology to reshape the course platform experience, making it more accessible and engaging for the next generation of creators. Our platform is specifically designed for structured learning through short-form videos, with our average video length being about 5 minutes. This focus allows us to offer more actionable insights through 2 hours of total video than traditional courses can provide in 20 hours.

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Part-Time Webflow developer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for quickly iterating on designs, developing and expressing opinions on optimal customer experiences, and producing high-quality webpages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly iterate on design prototypes for products and features.
  • In-depth analysis of existing and competing product designs.
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering team.
  • Develop, express, and articulate strong opinions about optimal customer experience.
  • Produce high-quality Webflow pages.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Webflow, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
