Senior .Net Developer

Job Title: ASP.NET Azure Developer

Location- NYC/ Dallas TX/ Chicago IL

Contract to hire role (6-month CTH)

Payrate- $60 to $80/hr

We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET and Azure expert software engineer to join our dynamic Product Enablement team. This team is responsible for supporting our internal users at Newmark, ensuring higher adoption of our strategic products and providing top-tier user experience through multi-functional support.

In this role, you will delve deep into ticketing data (via Freshdesk) to provide analysis and insights that will guide our team's future decisions on support, resource allocation, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with our newly established Product Enablement team, which combines:
• 1st Line Support
• 2nd Line Support
• 3rd Line Support
• Change Management
• Communications (Comms)
• Analyze Freshdesk data to understand usage patterns, pain points, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product support processes and improve user satisfaction.
• Help shape how we scale and grow the support team by identifying trends and areas of high demand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ASP.NET and Microsoft Azure .
• Strong analytical skills to dive into data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
• Experience working with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with change management and communications processes.
• Familiarity with user adoption strategies and scaling product support.
