Staffmark is hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Muncie, IN, to work with a leading manufacturer and distributor of power transmission products. Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload CNC machine instruments, feed conveyors, and assemble fixtures.
  • Monitor equipment for malfunctions, perform routine maintenance, and conduct quality checks.
  • Verify gauging and measurements using tools like micrometers and calipers.
  • Pack finished parts, label containers, and ensure proper markings are applied.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a machine operator, with CNC experience preferred.
  • Ability to use quality measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers).
  • Strong basic math and reading skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
