Lead Software Engineer

Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three senior .NET developers.
• Handle HR responsibilities including performance evaluations, on/offboarding of team members.
• Oversee project management tasks and ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Technical Work:
• Focus on backend development, including new integrations to ingest data.
• Ensure compliance and security within all projects.
• Work with the AKS tech stack, API Gateway in Azure, and technologies such as Linker D, Kalico, and RestQL.
• Apply knowledge of cash and validation processes; Adobe/Analytics knowledge is a bonus.
• Drive enterprise development projects, focusing on API integrations outside of the data team’s scope.
• Handle security, stability, and privacy projects.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with product managers and Scrum Masters to align on project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with .NET/.NET Core and Azure.
• Proficiency in backend development with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, and container technologies.
• Experience with AKS, API Gateway, Linker D, Kalico, and RestQL.
• Knowledge of cash and validation processes is crucial.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe/Analytics.

Work Environment:

• Must be onsite in Newport Beach, CA, 4 days a week.
