Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 the salary range may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description:
The Maintenance Engineer will ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
The Role:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformances related to product, process, and quality systems.
- Identify and record any problems related to the product, process, and quality system.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Verify implementation of solutions.
- Control further processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience with PLC’s (Control Logix, Micro Logix, Compact Logix & SLC 500 – Rockwell software) – being able to understand ladder logic and make programming changes.
- Experience with automation equipment (i.e., industrial robots, AGV, vision systems)
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience in industrial maintenance practices and facilities management.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Ability to supervise a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and other departments.
- Associate degree or Higher required.
