An Electrical Design Engineer to work directly with the electrical lead Engineer for the design of building projects in Darien, ILRequired:BS degree in Electrical Engineering required.Fundamentals of Engineer Exam taken a plus.Applicants shall have completed coursework in engineering and/or have practical design experience working on building systems.Up to 4 years of Electrical engineering experience.Knowledge of NEC, NFPA70, NFPA72 and Chicago Building Codes a plus.Proficiency in AutoCad and REVIT MEP preferred (training available).Responsibilities:Design projects from schematic design through construction under Senior Engineer.Provide necessary support as required for lighting, power, riser diagrams, electrical circuiting, voice/data, security, AV and fire alarm systems.Check shop drawings and assist during construction.Majority of responsibility will be production work.Pay Range-$25-$35/hrMust be able to work in officePlease send resume to:
