In this role, the successful candidate will have significant software development experience and be responsible for developing cutting-edge software solutions as an individual contributor.

Senior Software Engineer Duties:
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure best-possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
- Assist with maintaining code quality, organization, and automation
- Build applications and systems from conception to production
- Mentor junior software engineers
- Have a sense of humor
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or MS in computer science, engineering, statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 1+ years of demonstrable coaching or leading experience, preferred
- Fully eligible to work in the United States
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficient in C#, ASP.NET
- Proficient in Linux, Windows
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience with popular web application frameworks (Angular, Vue, React )
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Understanding of version control tools (CI/CD with Gitlab, Jenkins, Github, etc.)
- Proficient with relational DBs (SQL Server, MariaDB, Postgres)
- Proficient with continuous integration
- Proficient with Agile and Lean methodologies
- Cloud experience (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
- Experience building modern web applications
- Familiarity with Flutter
