Job Title: .NET FullStack Developer

Job Duration: 3-6 Months Contract to Hire role

Interview Method: Phone then In Person

Note:
Candidates must be able to provide examples of work (ideally showing designs referenced, code produced, and accessible examples).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develops user interface design prototypes to serve as a guide for system/program development.
2. Build high-fidelity prototypes with working HTML/CSS/JavaScript directly from UX/UI static and dynamic prototype designs.
3. Build and maintain HTML and CSS for different components and styles in a live style guide.
4. Complete documentation on how to use components in the style guide.
5. Diagnose UI bugs in the working application and fix them in the web application.
6. Complete code reviews with other developers.
7. Stay abreast of new trends and produce proof of concepts to show the design team what is possible.
8. Travel is estimated to be below 5%.
9. Experience working in an agile environment, updating tasks in scrums, meeting commitments provided to different agile teams.
10. Participate in collaborative review of functional and technical requirements.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1. Ideal team player personality: Candidate must be Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
2. Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical team members in both small and large settings.
3. Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
4. 5+ years in front end development particularly HTML5, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript.
5. Basic understanding of design sensibilities focusing on ensuring outstanding usability and aesthetics characteristics.
6. Experience with Web Application development and Responsive Design Framework.
7. Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, AngularJS, etc.
8. Familiarity with MVC, MVVM, and Single Page Application.
9. Strong organizational, writing, and verbal skills.
10. Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
11. QA experience - particularly ability to cross-browser test.
12. Code development management experience (using Git(hub) and pull requests).
13. Style Guide creation and update experience (particularly with Handlebars and JSON).
14. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Online (VSO) ideally (or other similar development work tracking such as Jira or ScrumWorks).

Additional Desired Qualifications:

1. Angular 2 experience.
2. Flexbox experience.
3. Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc. data visualization coding experience.
4. Experience with Fractal.build documentation.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study. 5+ years of required experience coding.
