Solutions Engineer
Job Summary:
Our client in Irvine, CA is looking for a Solutions Engineer. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do:
Sr ServiceNow Administrator.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
- Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of XML and structural programming concepts.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience in developing ServiceNow reports.
- Experience in ServiceNow Playbook development.
- Experience with API development for inbound and outbound data exchange (REST and SOAP).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CSM, and NowAssist.
Basics:
- Certificate >.
- Certificate JavaScript.
- ServiceNow certification.
- 8 years' experience with software development, design, and architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6 years' experience in solution architecture with emphasis on implementation of SNOW technical solutions
- 6 years' experience in Agile practices, building software in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
- Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of XML and structural programming concepts.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience in developing ServiceNow reports.
