The company:
A large legal firm in New York is looking to hire a new Application Support Engineer to join its growing team to support its technology roadmap, technology strategy, and global infrastructure. You will be working within an environment that invests heavily in IT and only works with the latest technology.
You will be working within a large team of engineers with a range of seniority allowing you to grow and develop your skills. They are looking to train you to move into a Sr Application Engineer or an Architect position. You will receive paid training!
This role is a full-time direct hire position located in NYC.
What you need:
- MUST HAVE - Experience within the legal industry
- Experience with Microsoft Teams/Skype/Zoom/WebEX
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Windows Server Experience
- Resolving VMWare issues
- Willingness to learn new things and handle difficult situations.
- Excellent communication skills
- The desire to provide an excellent service to end users
- Desired - Security/Network+ Certifications
