Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Work with key stakeholders to help drive the implementation of Proxmox and/or Open-shift solutions across our engineering labs and data center.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to the required activities and work
Provide guidance and support to the implementation team during the deployment phase.
Monitor the performance of the deployed solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
Implement the solution across 4 technology sites: RTP, NC; Bangalore, India; Wichita, Kansas; and Sunnyvale, California.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as system admin in compute virtualization
Deep understanding of Proxmox and virtualization technologies.
Strong knowledge of virtualization, and networking.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Skills:
Redhat linux, Proxmox, Openshift, VMWare, VM ware migration to Openshit/ Proxmox
Education:
Bachelor’s or Equivalent experience
